About the role
Work with different teams to provide support for qualitative research. Be active and enthusiastic to align the research methodologies to conduct interviews with different respondent profiles and build consumer data crucial for making business decisions.

Key responsibilities:
• Coordinate with various teams and managers to provide knowledge and insights for the team to support the productivity of a project through qualitative conversations
• Understand the scope of the project and demonstrate flexibility to reach different consumer profiles
• Conduct different forms of qualitative interviews and make transcripts
• Brainstorm the responses received to discover answers to the key questions of the research
• Develop a deeper understanding of consumer’s behavior, purchase journeys, and preferences across industries towards different products and services
• Actively participate in insight generation to provide a high-quality summary of research for our clients
• Master the research process, and seamlessly execute processes in a timely manner
• Utilize best practices and familiarity with the organization's mission to meet the quality expectations of our clients

Requirements
A graduate with internship experience or 0-2 years of work experience in conducting a focus group discussion, in-depth interviews, field surveys, and telephonic surveys, preferably in a research / customer relationship environment, would be preferred
• Interested in market research analysis and loves to talk to people and know them well
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Knowledge of databases and MS Office
• Search engines, web analytics and business research tools
• Strong analytical and critical thinking

Educational Qualifications
• Graduate from a Tier1 institute OR MBA or an equivalent postgraduate qualification
